Mr. Spanke has experience in the automobile trade and has been working there since 1992 in sales management and in service. Mr. Spanke has been working as a sales trainer for US Training since 2009 and took over the management of the agency after the death of his wife in February 2021.
Ulrike Spanke founded the agency in 1998. She came from the dealer training at Ford and was a founding member of the quality association “Certified Automobile Salesman”. After founding her agency, she advised the GAV and GASB quality associations on the development of qualification standards and accompanied certification processes for many years.
